Booking, payment & cancellations
Clear arrangements before your private tour or transfer. Oleg confirms your itinerary, meeting point, scheduled time and quotation personally.
Your quotation
Check the agreed route, pickup and finishing points, services, price and any additional expenses before confirming. Vehicle mileage allowances and route-change supplements are shown for the particular service you book.
When you pay
Payment is usually collected after the tour. Cash in Israeli shekels (ILS) is preferred. US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) and British pounds (GBP) are also accepted. Credit cards are accepted with no additional card-payment charge. Any different payment arrangement is confirmed when booking. Paying after the service does not remove the cancellation charges below.
If your plans change
The following cancellation terms apply to private tours and transfers. Please contact Oleg as soon as you need to cancel. Notice is measured from the scheduled pickup or meeting time.

If you have already paid, the remaining amount is refunded after the applicable cancellation charge. If payment has not yet been collected, the applicable charge remains payable.
Tourist VAT documentation
For eligible zero-rated tourist services, please have your foreign passport and valid B/2 entry permit available. A foreign passport alone does not establish eligibility. The VAT treatment of your booking is confirmed in your quotation, subject to the applicable requirements. Israel Tax Authority guidance on tourist services.
